Customer Service

  • What payment methods can I use?
    We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro credit and debit cards. Payment is only debited from your card at time of dispatch. We also accept Paypal, Cash on Delivery (rembours) and direct Bank transfers. To help ensure that your shopping experience is safe, simple and secure Mr Maroosh uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. This encrypts and protects the data you send to us over the internet. If SSL is enabled then you will see a padlock at the top of your browser and you can click on this to find out information about the SSL digital certificate registration. Mr Maroosh is registered with Webshop Keurmerk as an authentic site. This ensures that your information is kept private while in transit between your web browser and our web server.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    We ship to all countries in the world. With exception of conflict areas.
  • How much shipping costs are charged?
    Shipping is free for all orders above €30. For orders less than €30, we will charge €5 shipping costs.
  • How long does the delivery take?
    The Netherlands, Germany and Belgium: 24 hours EU: 2-7 days Rest of the World: 7-14 days
  • How can I see the status of my order?
    The moment we receive a confirmation of your payment and start shipping you will receive a track & trace number. If you have created an account while placing an order, you can also login to view your order status.
  • Can I return the product?
    Of course. You can return the product within 14 days after receiving it. We only accept returns if they have not been opened yet. The Products

  • What is shaving cream?
    Shaving cream is an alternative for gels, foams and oils. It is rich in texture and a very concentrated cream, which creates a lather that softens the beard and functions as a protective layer between the skin and the blade. Our shaving cream has incredible lubricating properties and the added argan oil nourishes your skin.
  • I have a very sensitive skin. Can I use your product?
    We would love to say yes for sure, but we would not be telling the truth. Every skin is different and therefore it is impossible to give guarantees. A skin that is normally not sensitive at all, may very well react to an ingredient that is completely natural and free of additives. We can promise you however that we have done our utmost best to leave out as many additives as possible. We did choose to add a perfume, but not more than 1,5%.
  • How do I use it?
    Our shaving cream can be used with or without a brush. In both cases you take an almond sized portion of shaving cream and you either put it on your brush or apply it on your face. Follow with circular, massaging motions to create a nice lather.
  • Do I have to use it with a brush?
    No.
